The KSL slicing machine is for slicing frozen salmon and has a capacity of up to 250 slices per minute.
The thickness of the slices can be adjusted from 1 mm up to 5 mm and can slice fillets from the smallest to the largest sizes.
At the same time, without the use of any tools, the salmon slicer can be transformed into a tuna-slicer – only by changing the “tower” of the machine. The tower for the tuna loins is an extra option for this machine.
The slicer only needs 380V electricity (for the tuna tower air is needed).
You can have 2 machines in one while saving money and space.
In order to keep salmon sides frozen before slicing, we offer a chest freezer. This will keep the salmon sides at the right temperature and avoid that they will be thawed before slicing.
